There are No free flash making programs ( but u can get them from torrent sites
) . Adobe flash Cs4 , and macromedia flash 8 are the best ones .
I think u are (were?) able to get a trial version of Macromedia Flash at the official site

Yes I totally agree with jenyroger. As I also want to say that there is lot of Flash softwares are available now a days for Flash ans using them you can create that much nice animation but I suggest you to use Adobe Flash Professional CS5. As I am using the same and I am that much satisfy with it.

I use Macromedia Flash mx 2004 now its pretty good and once you get it I can teach you how it works.
Now its not free so use your methods whether it be youtube, limewire or torrents but thats one of the best
