Starlight laughed again when she was pinned down by him. She blushed even harder and could feel the cold water rushing onto her.
He noticed she didn't seem to mind him touching her all over, but he was still gonna be careful with where he went with it next. He held both of her arms to swing her around, rushing her through the water surface like a whisk.
Starlight held his arms tightly and began to be swung around through the water, rushing. She had laughed again and said, "Wheee!~" from enjoyment.
"I thought you would say something about my strength...." he sneered as he slowed down. "But maybe you could do the same to me?"
Starlight was settled on her feet and then giggled. "Well, you're amazingly strong I'll give you that. But...I-I don't know if I could pick you up. You look really strong.."
"I'm lighter in the water though."
He took a step away and started floating, without moving.
"Ohh. Hehehe! Okay, I'll try." Starlight said. She walked towards him, grabbed his arms gently and began to swing him around in the water.
He flipped around so he was facing her, and tried to wrap his arms around her instead.
Starlight reached her arms out and then wrapped her arms around his back, helping him have his arms around her.
He sounded excited as their faces were close to each other, almost ready to kiss already.
"Heheh, alright! So, got any idea for what to do next..."
