No.
I see no resemblence at all besides the fact that they both have long hair and have hair on the side near their cheeks.
Venus is gray, pale, has only 1 bang, and long quill-like hair.
Hope is tan, a tannish color, has 4 different little hairs in the front of her bangs.
And as for the hair on the side near the cheeks.. I have that on 11 characters of mine.
Remember.
They're fan characters.
It's not hard to have them look similar to others. They're all ripped off version of an original series.
There's bound to be some similarities (:
