Well I have tons of games that's only for Pc and I was thinking to get a laptop that's great for work and Gaming

Here's what I need
  • Memory needs to be at least 6GB
  • The Graphics card has to be Nvidia with 1GB of Graphics memory
  • It can be at least a 2.5GHZ Intel Processor with turbo boost
  • I'll take brands from Toshiba, Sony, and Lenovo
  • Price range can be from 800 to 1,000 dollars

So with this I need suggestions within' my specs for a work and gaming laptop
You and me both. In the UK I'm looking at this:

It ticks most your boxes and I'm sure you can find it.
Been wanting something like that but low on cash, This one looks decent.

I'll see what I can find in Best buy - need more suggestions
Fuck Best Buy. Their choices are shit. You won't find anything good there. Order from Newegg or something.

Bam, I win. 6GB RAM, 1GB GPU, 2.4 gHz CPU (more than enough), 1920x1080 screen, BluRay capable optical drive and $900. All you need in a laptop for everything.
No one is going by my choice of brands - I read reviews here if it's lower than four stars I don't buy and I don't buy refurbished ones anymore due to my limited specs on my 4th Gen MacBook. A turbo boost from intel's processors I can have boosted speeds when I need it.
You won't fail with an Asus. My parents each have one and they adore them. Their reviews are consistently above four stars and their laptop production is top notch and rock solid. The laptop I linked to meets your specs. The CPU even has Turbo Boost 2.0. You're not going to find the same construction or power in a laptop for a better price or better quality going with someone else. Not to say Toshiba and Lenovo don't make decent laptops because they do. Toshiba's higher end models are likely outside your budget and Lenovo is good for middle of the road, business class laptops. Asus is where you want to be for a multipurpose PC. Trust me. You won't be let down.

Dob't only look for pure power. It needs to proberbly cooled to. My HP has problems with overheating when used for gaming. Heavy drops in framerate or crashes after gaming for some time Sad

that's what I get on my 2.1GHZ MacBook's processor it gets overloaded sometimes but cools down when the fan kicks in.
