Arguing With Staff Members Now This Is Serious since alot of members i Guess Think I'm a Complete Asshole For Doing my Job As a Moderator.
If your Going to Argue With ANY Staff Member OR Members at That Do it
Logically instead of Yelling a Barrage of Insults At the Person Just Because your Pissed at that Person for What so ever Reason Don't be Immature about it. For The Past 2 Day's I've been getting into Heated Arguments With Members Who are Mad At Staff Decisions Because There friends "Are Being Treated Wrongly." Listen We Ban Members For Reasons That 3 Mods or 1 Admin Decide on Were not picking on people Were just getting Rid of Members That Causes to Many Problems. If Somebody is Banned and We tell you why there Banned Don't Have a Bitch Fit About It. I've Explained
To many times about a Certain member That why They Were Banned And STILL you think were Jealous because they got more attention. Listen We Banned That Person because 3 mods and 4 members Agreed That Person Needed to Be Banned From the Site. And If That Many people Thinks This Person causes to much Problem on this Site We Ban Them, End of Story. If You think we were Wrong you should PM A Mod, Preferably me About Why this Person shouldn't be Banned and Do it Logically Don't insult me to death
because you will be ignored. Now another Thing i Need to talk about. If Your Pissed because a Staff member Warned you PM A Mod and They Will get back at you Don't Bitch About it and Go off on everybody because that will cause problems. 1 last Thing. If your pissed off because Staff decisions or anything that pisses you off. DON'T Threaten To Leave the Site So maybe you can get your way. listen if your gonna leave then leave then be threatening im going to leave and this site is full of Faggots and Dickheads Then Leave don't make a scene about it. If you don't get this here it is in a nutshell. If your Pissed at Staff because of a Decision PM A Moderator, Most likely me and Talk it out with them Don't insult people don't go on a rampage just pm some mod and talk it out. I hope Everybody Gets this because i'm getting pissed off at people who don't want to talk Logically about things.
